Sealcoating / Asphalt Maintenance Foreman 

Location: Greater Milwaukee Area

J.R. Boehlke, Inc. is an asphalt, concrete, landscape, and snow contractor founded in 1996. We are seeking several experienced sealcoaters to join our commercial and residential sealcoating operations. 

We are seeking a Sealcoating Foreman to lead daily activities of a sealcoating crew. The right individual for this role will bring strong knowledge of all aspects of sealcoating and asphalt maintenance projects, have a demonstrated history of leading and managing sealcoating crews, be detail- and quality-oriented, and enjoy working in a growing company. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Lead and supervise a crew of 2-5 team members. 
• Plan and execute sealcoating, crackfilling, and asphalt patching projects for commercial and residential clients. 
• Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. 
• Operate and maintain equipment, including trucks, seal tanks, compressors, spray systems, blowers, crackfill machines, skidsteers, rollers, saws, and more. 
• Train crew members. 
• Maintain accurate records of time and materials used on job sites. 
• Work closely with the Operations Manager and Project Manager to schedule, plan, and execute projects. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications 

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience leading sealcoating and asphalt maintenance projects as foreman. 
• High attention to detail and quality. 
• Ability to operate and maintain all sealcoating equipment. 
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean driving record. 
• Valid Commercial Driver's License is a plus.
